I am Aniek, the founder of Blueprint Academy Ibiza. I love helping teams who want to invest in genuine connection, depth and optimal functioning dynamics. My approach? Analytical and with humour. People-oriented and direct: that is my style.
Nothing like this: teams that are perfectly attuned to each other. Who not only know to call Pete for IT matters, but also know how to support Pete in his personal growth.
